Partnering with award-winning Walsall tattoo artist Tam of Tam’s Tattoos, Gary and Dave also made history by hosting the first-ever tattoo conventions in Blackpool at the iconic Pleasure Beach.

Following the unexpected passing of Gary in 2013, his stepson Luke took over the studio with limited resources but immense determination. Starting with just a few hundred pounds worth of stock and no tattoo artists, Luke rebuilt Mania Tattoo from the ground up. Over time, he expanded the shop into the neighbouring unit, brought in talented artists, and turned the studio into the thriving business it is today.

A pivotal moment came when Tracy, formerly of Sakura Tattoo in St. Annes, joined the team. Tracy’s passion and expertise have helped her win multiple tattoo awards, and she has since taken on an apprentice to pass on her skills.
